**MUST DECLARE SWIMMER BY MONDAY @NOON BEFORE EACH MEET** 

Swim meet declaration instructions:

⁃ Sign into your Swimtopia account at swimtopia.com (there is an app!) 

⁃ Select the appropriate meet at the bottom for which you are signing up 

⁃ Select Meet sign up 

⁃ Under “Your family swim meet status” you will see your child(ren) listed 

⁃ Under the list select edit 

⁃ Next to each child, select if your child will be attending the meet or not attending 

⁃ Include any appropriate notes 

⁃ Select Save 

⁃ Please complete this the Monday before the meet at noon. 

⁃ If you need to make any changes after this time please let the coaches know as soon as possible.
